Concrete Curbing Warranty

Warranty Coverage: One Year from Date of Installation

At Concrete Curb Design LLC, we take pride in the quality of our workmanship and the durability of our concrete curbing. We stand by our work, offering a One-Year Warranty on all our concrete curbing installations. This warranty is designed to give you peace of mind, ensuring that your investment is protected against workmanship defects and excessive cracking under normal conditions.

What Our Warranty Covers:

1. **Workmanship**

We guarantee that our concrete curbing will be installed according to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. If any issues arise from improper installation or workmanship within the first year, we will repair or replace the affected areas at no cost to you.

2. **Excessive Cracking**

While some cracking is a natural occurrence in concrete, we warrant against excessive cracking that compromises the integrity or aesthetic appeal of the curbing. If such cracks appear within one year of installation, we will assess and repair the issue promptly.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

- Normal Wear and Tear

Fading, minor surface cracks, and other natural weathering effects over time.

- Damage Due to External Factors

Damage caused by external factors such as vehicle impact, ground movement, improper maintenance, use of de-icing salts, heavy equipment, or any other form of misuse or neglect.

- Unauthorized Repairs or Alterations

Any repairs, modifications, or alterations made by a third party without our prior approval will void this warranty.

Please provide your original contract or invoice number, along with a detailed description of the issue. Our team will schedule an inspection to evaluate the problem and determine the appropriate course of action.

Limitations of Liability:

This warranty is the only express warranty we provide for our concrete curbing services. We disclaim any other warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective curbing, and we will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.
